Hypnotechniques.com is looking for great content

Do you have a favourite hypnosis technique or helpful insight that will benefit our readers? Submit your articles to us and get a live “do-follow” link to your website.

Submission guidelines

  1. The ideal length for articles is around 600-800 words, but  articles can be longer if necessary. Consider splitting long articles into two.
  2. Articles MUST be original – please don’t give us the same article that’s already on ezinearticles.com or some other article site. However, you can take an existing article that you’ve already published and rephrase or restructure it so that it counts as a new article.
  3. Please follow the hypnotechniques writing style – sober, factual, to the point, no hype. But also keep it easy to read and conversational.
  4. Keep the audience in mind – qualified hypnotists, students of hypnosis, and hypnosis enthusiasts. We don’t need articles aimed at persuading anybody of the benefits of hypnosis. Ask yourself what your fellow hypnosis enthusiasts might be interested in reading about.
  5. Articles whose sole purpose is to promote a product or service will not be accepted. If you have a product or service you want to promote, write us a helpful article on a subject related to your product or service, then give your details in the Resource box. For example, if you want to promote your self-hypnosis MP3s, give us an article on self-hypnosis. Then in the Resource box, say something like, “Visit www.mywebsite.com for the widest range of self-hypnosis downloads and CDs”.

The Resource box

This is where you get the chance to promote yourself. Express it in a maximum of 2 sentences, with 1 live link to your site.

Example: Article by Joe Soap, CHt. Visit www.joesoaphypnosis.com for expert hypnotherapy in Bloomsbury, London.

The link can be put on the web address (www.joesoaphypnosis.com) or on your key phrase (expert hypnotherapy in Bloomsbury, London). For SEO, you’ll get better value by putting the link on the key phrase.  (Just put a note to us in brackets telling us where you want us to place the link)

Copyright issues

Please include a statement with your article confirming that you have the right to publish the article and that you are not infringing anybody’s copyright.

For our part, we undertake not to use your article in any way other than to publish it on this website, with your Resource box credits.

There are so many weight management programs out there, that it
is really hard to know where to start. The main thing I know, is that it
is more than just about what you eat? it is also about our behaviors
and health overall, as well. As stated at http://win.niddk.nih.gov/,
“(s)uccessful, long term weight control must focus on your overall
health, not just on what you eat. Changing your lifestyle is not easy,
but adopting healthy habits may help you manage your weight in the
    long run.”
This is where I believe hypnotherapy can play a major role in a
client’s weight management goal. By tapping into the subconscious
and helping them get rid of the thoughts and feelings that they may
harbor inside, that can keep them from the long lasting results they
desire. In this way, most of the other forms of weight loss, diet plans
and physical activity are actually targeting a totally different part of
    the permanent weight loss equation.
Sure “diets”, or better yet…eating better overall, should be part of
a client’s weight control plan. I think that eating right is essential,
because that what we put into our bodies, is what we will get from it.
If the food we eat is bad (i.e. C.R.A.P.) then we can pretty much know
this is not going to help a client be healthy? hypnotherapy with a bad
diet, is definitely not going to be good I know. So yes, clients do
need to be fully aware of this fact.
I also know that physical activities can play a major role in weight
management for clients. I think that they will need to that this will
need to probably be another component of their long term weightloss goals as well? again, hypnotherapy without any physical
activities at all, will not work well either. I think that there has to be a
combination of things that happen to get the best results and I think
hypnotherapy can only be one part of it? one without the others is
not going to work at all.
In summation, I think that a successful weight loss plan can be
achieved for the long run in a person’s life. However, the client has
to know that it will have to be a totally lifestyle change many times
and it will take a lot more than just hypnotherapy, or diet, or
exercise, or selfesteem…it will take a combination of them all in
concert together. And with time and patience, I am sure that
hypnotherapy sessions can be a major part of their weight control
    plans.
